Finca Patio Bonito is located in the coffee-producing region of Cauca, southwest Colombia, in the municipality of Caldono. The farm spans 11 hectares, 9 of which are planted with about 45,000 trees, including varieties like Castillo, Colombia, Pink Bourbon, and Wush Wush. Everything is handpicked, and this particular batch comes from the farm's Pink Bourbon trees.

The cherries are carefully selected when they're perfectly ripe, displaying their distinctive pink hue. After harvesting, they're sorted and undergo anaerobic fermentation with mosto and yeast for 90 hours, which gives the coffee a unique, complex flavor profile. We won't spoil the surprise —taste it for yourself!
